"Explore Behavior Styles - Disc Method" Presented by Patrick Carney

The DISC behavioral tool teaches you how to use observational behavior styles to better understand yourself and others and interact with team members and residents more successfully.  After completing the DISC behavioral assessment, the group will explore current challenges they face in their workplace and examine it through the responses of the 4 different behavioral personality styles in the room.
